I’m Pooja Kedia, a family law attorney dedicated to providing practical, solution-focused legal guidance to individuals and families. After earning my degree in Business Economics from the University of Arizona and working in the corporate sector, I decided to pursue a legal career driven by my desire to help others navigate complex legal challenges.

My legal journey started with ASU’s Immigration Law and Policy Clinic, where I helped vulnerable children gain legal status and the opportunity to be adopted into supportive families. I also worked with an anti-trafficking non-profit and served as a public defender in Maricopa County, advocating for individuals facing substance abuse, mental health, and housing challenges.

In family law, I focus on finding fair, practical solutions for my clients. While I value negotiation and settlement to minimize conflict, I’m also comfortable representing clients in court when a trial is necessary to achieve a just outcome. I work with clients who are looking for realistic, reasonable solutions to their family law issues—whether through negotiation, mediation, or, when appropriate, litigation. My goal is always to help my clients reach the best possible resolution without unnecessary escalation.

Before starting my own practice, I gained valuable experience at several family law firms, where I developed skills in divorce, child custody, child support, and other family-related matters. I’m committed to offering accessible, compassionate legal support and helping my clients move forward with confidence.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, volunteering, hiking, and exploring new local spots.
